Responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements from clients and stakeholders
Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories
Act as the bridge between clients and offshore development teams
Support solution design, documentation, testing, and user acceptance testing
Assist with project planning, scope management, and risk identification
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Bridge System Engineer, business analyst, systems analyst, or in a similar role
At least 2 years of software development experience
At least 2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
Japanese-language proficiency at N2 or above; English-language proficiency would be an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies, SQL, APIs, and web services
