JAC's client, a Foreign Real Estate Company is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Job Responsibilities
Project Sales Management (30%)
Support the execution of Sales & Marketing strategies for residential development projects in South Vietnam, including sales reporting, sales program formulation, and proposal of marketing activities.
Conduct market research and analysis on products and pricing to support decision making at different project stages.
Coordinate proactively with internal departments and joint venture partners to ensure effective and timely strategy execution.
Project Marketing (70%)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that enhance corporate and project branding.
Coordinate with vendors to execute branding initiatives, including the planning and production of corporate and project videos.
Support the development of award strategies and coordinate the application and submission of real estate project awards.
Assist in planning and preparing project press releases in coordination with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to develop, review, and manage marketing communication materials such as brochures, leaflets, sales kits, and presentations.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of project-related marketing events, including project launches and promotional activities.
Leverage a network of real estate marketing vendors to propose and recommend suitable partners for each project.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate, preferably with exposure to foreign developers.
Proven experience and strong market understanding of the South Vietnam real estate market.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese, with the ability to work effectively across different organizational levels.
Strong skills in planning, analysis, presentation, and organization, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Resourceful and collaborative, with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
Demonstrates ownership of assigned tasks; adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn and expand into new areas.
