This role provides financial, accounting, and tax services for clients, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Lead and supervise a team to maintain quality and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
Oversee financial closings (monthly, quarterly, yearly).\
Deliver accurate financial statements to clients on schedule.
Develop and implement workflow improvements.
Provide training and resolve staff performance issues.
Assist the Managing Director with special projects.
Job Requirements
5+ years in accounting and tax, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Good English skills.
Experience in international firms
PA, CPTA, APC certifications are a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and travel as needed..
