The Account Manager role focuses on developing new business and managing Japanese key accounts within an assigned territory. The position combines sales planning, prospect development, customer consultation and contract negotiation, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth in an international working environment.
Responsibilities
Plan and prioritise sales activities and prospect engagement within the assigned territory to achieve sales targets
Identify prospective customers and establish long-term business relationships within the assigned territory
Collect and analyse customer and market information to understand business needs, provide effective consultation and secure orders
Deliver persuasive product or service demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with customers
Prepare periodic reports on sales calls, customer visits and market developments for the Sales Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
At least 1 year of direct sales experience
Business-level English, with a TOEIC score above 700
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong customer communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across different organisational levels
Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
Self-motivated and focused on achieving results
Ability to manage responsibilities independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues across different functions
Ability to work in Hanoi
IT knowledge will be an advantage
