- Analysis and make yearly recruitment plan.
- Establish the recruitment regulation and related forms.
- Carry out all recruitment activities following SOP and regulation (post job, screen CV, select Candidate, follow up probation).
- Control new employee information on iHRP, prepare all documents for new employees (offer letter, contract, and employee’s profiles).
- Handle orientation-training procedure.
- Build, manage and update the Candidate talent pool.
- Do activities creating Candidate’s source (Job fair, school contact, Job center, Seminar, Career talk, Presentation for Factory tour).
- Research and apply Career path on Recruitment base competency.
- Coordinate with training team organizing some training courses to develop employees: Train the trainer, Recruitment base competency, etc.
- Follow up and manage Recruitment budget.
- Prepare monthly/yearly recruitment reports as assigned.
· Office hours from Monday to Friday;
· Working time: 07:30 – 16:00;

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related majors;
II. Job requirements:
- Good command for both written and spoken in English;
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Have skill on digital literacy, interview and selecting and situation judgment.
- Have commercial awareness
- Can – do attitude and passion on assigned job.
III. Years of Experience:
- At leat 2 year of experience in same position/grade (Manufacturing is prioritized).
