-Being responsible for operation activities (B2B service)

-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face

-Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

-Maintain customer databases

-Manage customers' accounts

-Keep records of customer interactions and transactions

-Daily business support of the manager

Requirement:

-Education: Bachelor or Associate Degree

-Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

-Communication skills - verbal and written, listening skills

-Problem analysis and problem-solving

-Advanced in English skills.

-Having experience in startup companies.
